In the end of October five motivated, loyal leaders of the Pioniers under the guidance of Peter Boer did visit the Juropa-office in Uznach Switzerland. Their goal: A 3-year plan for the further development of the Pioniers!

„The coffee is not strong enough, can I make a coffee by myself? I need something stronger to keep alert when we have so many discussions!“ Fortunately also „Schoggi“, apples and many other good things are available. At night they stay in the house of family Muehlematter, which is transformed into an inn. Of course there was a lot of laughter, good food and prayer.

The effort of two days hard work was great. Not only a 3-year plan, but also the project planning of the national Group Leader Training 2010 could be prepared. In connection with the coaching many important basic perspectives for the Youngstarwork became clear. That is why the Pioniers choose for 2010 to emphasise the founding of teams and local groups. With extended horizons and of course a couple of Swiss chocolate bars they went at Saturday morning 5.00 o’ clock back to Holland.
